This policy is designed to protect both our customers and our inventory while ensuring all jewelry pieces maintain their quality and integrity. We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time without prior notice.
1. Time Frame and Initiation
1.1 Time Frame
There is a strict 7-day return window from the date of purchase. No exceptions will be made beyond this 7-day window.
1.2 Initiation
The return request must be initiated within this 7-day period. Additionally, you have a separate 48 hours to report damaged or defective items upon delivery.
2. Condition Requirements and Non-Returnable Items
2.1 Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items MUST be in original, unworn condition. All original tags must be attached and intact. The original packaging must be undamaged and complete, and any anti-tarnish pouches must be sealed and unopened. Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required. Items showing ANY signs of wear will be rejected, and security seals must be intact.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:

Items marked as "Final Sale."

3. Quality Check Process
3.1 Initial Inspection
Photos of the item's condition are required before return authorization is granted. Upon receipt, a detailed examination will be conducted, including security seal verification, metal testing if tampering is suspected, and a stone security check.
3.2 Common Rejection Reasons
Returns will commonly be rejected for: Signs of wearing/usage, scratches or damage, tarnishing or discoloration, missing parts or stones, broken or damaged clasps, chemical exposure signs, and stretched or altered components.
4. Refund Process
4.1 Accepted Returns
Returns within 3 days of purchase will be processed back to the original payment method. Returns after 3 days of purchase will be eligible for store credit only. Shipping costs are non-refundable. A processing fee of 10% applies to all refunds processed after 3 days.
4.2 Timeline
The inspection process takes 2-3 business days. You will receive a notification of the return status within 24 hours of inspection completion. If approved, refund processing takes 3-5 business days. Store credit will be issued immediately if eligible.
5. Exchange Policy
5.1 Exchange Options
Only size exchanges are permitted within the 7-day window. The item must be unworn with tags attached. Exchanges are subject to availability.
5.2 Process
You must contact customer service first to receive an authorization number. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. The new size is subject to current inventory availability.
6. Warranty Claims (Defective Items)
6.1 Manufacturing Defects
Manufacturing defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Photos are required for verification, and the original packaging and proof of purchase are necessary.
6.2 Coverage
Coverage is limited to manufacturing defects only, including stone setting issues, clasp malfunctions, and plating defects.
7. Important Notes & Shipping Guidelines
7.1 Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for: Inspecting items upon delivery, reporting issues immediately, keeping all packaging and tags, taking photos before returning, obtaining return authorization, and using a secure shipping method.
7.2 Shipping Guidelines
Returns must be securely packaged. Tracking is required on all returns, and insurance is recommended. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
8. Required Documentation
8.1 For All Returns
The following documentation is required: Original receipt, Return authorization number, Completed return form, Photos of item condition, and the Reason for return.
8.2 For Defective Items
In addition to the above, defective items require: Clear photos of the defect, Original packaging, Detailed description of the issue, and the Date the defect was noticed.
9. Exceptions
9.1 Defective Items
Defective items must be reported within 48 hours. Photo evidence and original packaging are required. The item must show no signs of wear or use (manufacturing defects only).
9.2 Wrong Items Shipped
Wrong items shipped must be reported within 48 hours. Photos of the received item and the original packaging intact are required. The item must show no signs of use.

11. Final Notes
All decisions on returns are final. We reserve the right to reject any return. Repeated return attempts of worn items will result in account suspension. We maintain detailed photos of all items before shipment, and all security tags and seals are tracked and verified.
